Cancellation Policy :
We understand that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of your limo or black car service reservation. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following cancellation policy:


Cancellation Period:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Deposit Details:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
The deposit amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking and will be clearly stated on your booking confirmation.


Cancellation Procedure:
To cancel your reservation, please contact our customer service team at as soon as possible.
Provide your booking details and clearly express your intention to cancel.


Refund Process:
Refunds for cancellations made within the specified period will be processed within 2 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the deposit.


Return of Deposit Instructions:
Upon cancellation, if you are eligible for a refund based on the cancellation policy, the deposit will be returned to you using the following process:

Credit Card Payments:
If the deposit was made using a credit card, the refund will be processed to the same credit card used for the initial payment.

Cash or Check Payments:
If the deposit was made in cash or by check, a refund check will be issued and mailed to the address provided at the time of booking.
Please note that the timeframe for receiving the refund may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution processing times.
